心理干预在甲亢患者手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观察心理干预对甲亢患者术中血压,心率,情绪及术中配合情况的影响。方法：将48例甲亢手术患者随机分为2组,对观察组除按常规护理外,对其围手术期进行有效的心理干预。结果：观察组患者血压升高,心率增快发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,而观察组术中配合完成率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：有效的心理干预可以减轻甲亢患者紧张,焦虑情绪,稳定血压心率变化,减少并发症的发生,更好地保证手术质量。Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention on blood pressure, heart rate, mood,and cooperation of patients with primary hyperthyroidism during the operation. Methods Forty- eight patients with primary hyperthyroidism were divided into two groups. The patients in the two groups were subjected to routine treatment and nursing. Besides these, the patients in the psychological intervention group received effective psychological intervention during peri--operative period. Results Inde- xes including blood pressure, heart rate of both groups patients were observed. Changes on heart rate and blood pressure of test group patients in peri--operative period were remarkably less than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The success rate of the operation of the test group was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Effective psychological intervention can stabilize blood pressure and heart rate of patients during the operation, reduce the complication and improve the success rate.
