摘　　要：目的：探讨关节镜下应用“微骨折”技术对膝关节全层关节软骨缺损修复的护理效果。方法：对118例全层关节软骨缺损的患者,采用关节清理后应用“微骨折”技术进行处理,术后分步骤的康复训练患肢。结果：术后随访6～18个月,平均8.6个月,患者关节疼痛显著减轻,改善关节功能。结论：术后给予正确的康复护理,获得满意疗效。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of micro--fracture technique under arthro- scopy for repairing the full--thickness defects of articular cartilage in knee joint. Methods Micro--frac- ture technique under arthroscopy was carried out in 118 patients with full--thickness defect of articular cartilage; and a regular nursing that prevented some complications, and the rehabilitative exercises were carried out. Results The follow--up was carried out for 6 to 18 months with a mean period of 8. 6 months. The patients＇ pains were obviously released, and the joint functions improved in all patients, Conclusions It is suggested that scientific nursing among patients, and right instruction of rehabilitative exercises has acquired a satisfied effect.
