摘　　要：目的：探讨胸腺切除纵隔脂肪组织清扫治疗儿童重症肌无力的护理效果,观察患者术后在常规治疗时辅助服用黄芪等中药的疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院应用胸骨劈开胸腺切除及纵隔脂肪组织清扫术治疗42例儿童重症肌无力围手术期的护理措施,对护理过程进行总结。对常规治疗组和加服中药组疗效进行比较。结果：胸腺切除治疗儿童重症肌无力效果良好,术后在常规治疗时加服黄芪等中药辅助治疗可显著提高疗效。结论：针对儿童重症肌无力患者的特点加强围手术期的心理、呼吸系统和并发症的护理,同时针对性的辅助服用中药可有效提高治愈率,控制复发,提高远期疗效。Objective To study the nursing care for myasthenia gravis childhood in treating with thymectomy, and survey the therapeutic effectiveness combining with traditional Chinese drugs. Methods The 42 cases of myasthenia gravis childhood were studied retrospectively. Those patients were cured by thymectomy and removing lipid of mediastinum. The effects of traditional Chinese medicine as auxiliary curing medicine were analyzed and nursing care of those patients were generalized. Results The therapeutic effectiveness of patients received thymectomy were satisfacted, and the therapeutic effectiveness were improved and recurrence rate was reduced by traditional Chinese medicine as auxiliary curing medicine. Conclusions It is effective method for myasthenia gravis childhood through thymectomy combining with Chinese drugs. We should study the condition of childhood patients and re- inforcing the mental, respiratory and syndrome nursing. Traditional Chinese medicine as auxiliary curing medicine can improve long--term effect and reduce recurrence rate.
