摘　　要：目的：探讨肝移植病人围手术期中心静脉输液护理措施。方法：对55例肝移植病人术前进行中心静脉穿刺置管术的知识宣教,术后对中心静脉输液易出现的并发症进行严密的观察与护理,并注意监测病人的尿量、中心静脉压及血糖水平。结果：55例病人置管时间为4～22d,均未发生置管不耐受、导管脱出及血栓形成,未发生因感染而拔除中心静脉导管。有效控制血糖在正常范围,保证了出入量平衡。结论：围手术期中心静脉输液过程中严格无菌操作并增强防护、加强观察与监测是肝移植病人顺利康复的重要保证。Objective To investigate the method of peri--operative central venous infusion nursing care of patients undergoing liver transplantation. Methods 55 patients undergoing liver transplantation were received knowledge education before central venous catheter operation. Postoperative complications were observed and nursed closely, and level of urine, central venous pressure and blood glucose were monitored. Results Catheter un--tolerance, catheter falling off, thrombosis and infection were not found in all these 55 patients with central venous catheter for 4--22 days. Blood glucose was controlled in normal range, and input and output of liquid were kept balance. Conclusions In order to assure patients restoration, it is important to strengthen asepsis operation , observation ,and supervision.
