摘  要:目的:探讨实施健康教育对反复上呼吸道感染患儿的治疗效果。方法:90例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,比较2组患儿上呼吸道感染发作次数、就诊次数及用药途径。结果:观察组患儿其发作次数、就诊次数明显低于对照组,而口服用药明显高于对照组。结论:对反复上呼吸道感染患儿实施健康教育可有效减少发作次数、就诊次数,提高用药依从性,改善生活质量。Objective To investigate the curative effect of health education in children with recurrent respiratory. Methods 90 cases were randomly divided to two groups. The outbreak times, diagnosis and treat times and administration approaches were compared. Results The outbreak times and diagnosis and treat times in observation group were distinctly lower than the contrast group. Oral administration was higher than contrast group. Conclusions It is helpful to reduce the outbreak times and diagnosis and treat times. increase compliance and ameliorate the life quality of paitents with recurrent respiratory infection received health education.
