摘　　要：目的：为提高老年痴呆患者的生活质量。方法：针对患者的安全问题,采用专家讲解、家庭访诊、电话咨询、发放宣传手册、光盘等方法对主要照顾者进行安全知识和护理技巧的指导。结果：指导前后患者跌倒、走失、误吸、误服、烫伤、冻伤、伤人损物等意外事件发生率显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论：有针对性地对患者家属提供护理指导,能有效改善患者生活质量,减轻家庭负担,提高家属的心理健康水平。Objective To improve the life quality of patients with Alzheimer＇ s disease. Methods Aiming at the security problems of the patients, the security knowledge and nursing skills were given to the main watcher using the methods of explanation, family visit, call consultation, propaganda manual and CD. Results The occurrence rate of accidental events such as tumble, mis--aspiration and mis -- eating was obviously decreased （P 〈0.05）. There was no statistical meaning in the occurrence rate of going astray （P〉0.05）. Conclusions To pertinently provide the nursing direction for the patients＇ family can effectively improve the life quality of patients and lighten the burden of the family and society.
