摘　　要：目的探讨子宫颈癌的手术治疗方式和护理,如何做好手术前后的健康教育。方法分析90例手术治疗宫颈癌实例。结果90例中存活89例,且身体状况良好,其中术后复发1例（现正在化疗中）,术后死亡1例。结论宫颈癌的手术范围应根据临床分期、病灶大小、病理类型等综合考虑,术后良好的护理可以延长患者的生存时间和生活质量。　Objective To explore the way of operation and nursing of cervix cancer,in order to know how to do a better health education before and after the operation.Methods 90 operated patients with cervix cancer from 2004 to 2005 were analyzed.Results 89 patients survived and had a good status,including one case of recurrence under chemotherapy,and 1 patient died.Conclusions The operative circumscription of cervix cancer should be systematically considered depending on its clinical stage,size of focus,pathological type and so on.The patients will live longer and better if they get a good nursing and health education.
