胃肠道肿瘤皮下埋置腹腔化疗泵化疗的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道肿瘤病人术后埋置皮下腹腔化疗泵化疗的观察和护理。方法对78例胃肠道肿瘤病人采用手术切除肿瘤后埋置皮下腹腔化疗泵,术后进行腹腔化疗的过程和并发症的观察。结果本组78例病人中共进行296次腹腔化疗,有2例病人第一次腹腔化疗时导管阻塞,3例出现腹痛,25例出现恶心、食欲下降,53例腹胀,无一例发生肠穿孔、肠梗阻、腹腔内感染或出血。结论皮下埋置腹腔化疗泵化疗已成为胃肠道肿瘤术后辅助化疗的首选给药途径,化疗时全身毒性作用和并发症少,病人耐受力增强,提高了病人的生活质量和生存质量。　Objective To explore the observation and nursing care of subcutaneous placement of chemotherapy pump in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor.Methods 78 patients with gastrointestinal tumor received intraperitoneal chemotherapy by subcutaneous pump after operation,Meanwhile the course and complication of intraperitoneal chemotherapy were observed.Results All of the 78 cases have received intraperitoneal chemotherapy for 296 times.Catheter jam appeared while the first intraperitoneal chemotherapy in 2 cases,Bellyache in 3 cases,Nausea and bad appetite in 25 cases,abdominal distention in 53 cases.No intestinal perforation,bowel obstruction,celiac infection or hemorrhage has occurred at all.Conclusions The subcutaneous placement of chemotherapy has been the preferred administration route for the assistant chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumor after operation,which has little toxicity and complication,and is help to enhance the patients endurance and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
