摘　　要：目的预防局部血循环危象的发生。方法根据创伤显微外科术后观察指标及术后护理要求,确定观察的重点项目及程度分类,设计观察表。结果此记录单内容真实、客观,全面反映了病人局部血循环的动态变化。结论采用组织移植与再植术后局部观察记录单可以做到及时观察,及时记录,早期发现问题,从而做出准确判断,对提高医护质量、预防局部血循环危象有着重要意义。　Objective To improve the quality of treatment and nursing, and to prevent the local blood circulation crisis. Methods According to inspective index and nurse requirement after the microsurgery, we determined some major items and its classification by extent, in order to design an inspective chart. Results The content of this chart was realistic and objective. It could fully report the developing change of patient’s local blood circulation. Conclusions To apply the inspection-record chart after the tissue transplant and re-transplant operation could achieve the timely observation and record, and make the questions found early, so as to make an exact judgment. It is important to improve the quality of treatment and nursing, and prevent the local blood circulation crisis.
