摘　　要：本文分析了HQD-1型光源驱动模块的内部电路。分别介绍了HQD-1光源驱动模块用于驱动LED或LD两种发光器件,作数字、模拟传输以及“调顶”、“调底”技术,告警输出等八种实用电路。In this paper, the inside circuit of HQD-1 module for drivinglight source is analysed. And eight specific circuits——used as digit oranalog transmission, top or bottom modulation, warning output and otherpurposes——are also described when HQD-1 module is applied to LED orLD.
