摘　　要：经测试,所研制的132℃压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡在132～134℃饱和蒸汽作用下,对符合或不符合灭菌条件有明显可辨的色差。在实用监测中,与嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片检测的判定结果一致。该卡性质较稳定,各批制品重复性较好。The chemical indicator for 132℃ pressured steam sterilization was prepared from card printed with thermosensitive chemical containing.bismuth salt,sulfide and additive for con- trolling thermal reaction speed of color-developing agent.Under conditions conformable to sterilization,the color of the indicator turns from light yellow into black. Examination found that exposing the indicator to 132～134℃ saturated steam could produce an obviously distinguishable color difference between conditions conformable to and unconformable to sterilization.In practical trial,under conditions conformable to steriliza- tion,the results given by the chemical indicator completely coincided with those given by the bacterial carrier of Bacillus stearothermophilus spore(used as biological indicator);under conditions unconformable to sterilization,the rate of coincidence between these two indica- tors was 90.5%.The quality of chemical indicator is stable with good reproducibility between different batches of products.
