摘  要:研究了少量NiO(0.25mol%~1mol%)添加剂对3Y-TZP陶瓷材料烧结和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:掺杂NiO可以促进3Y-TZP的烧结,并提高材料的力学性能,但添加过量则对烧结和力学性能不利。经过1400℃,2h烧成后,掺有0.5mol%NiO的试样和掺有0.75mol%NiO的试样分别具有最高的抗弯强度和断裂韧性,其值分别为419MPa和10.0MPa·m1/2。与同样条件下制备出的纯3Y-TZP相比,试样的抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别提高了22%和47%。The effect of small amount (0.25 mol%-1 mol%) of NiO additive on the sinterability and mechanical properties of 3Y-TZP was investigated. It was shown that NiO additive enhanced both the sinterability and mechanical properties, but too much additive had negative influence on the properties of 3Y-TZP. The specimens doped with 0.5 mol% and 0.75 mol% NiO sintered at 1400 ℃ for 2h exhibited the maximum strength of 419 MPa and toughness of 10.0 MPa·m^1/2, respectively. Compared with monolithic 3Y-TZP, the strength and toughness was improved by 22% and 47%, respectively.
