摘 要:分别以聚碳硅烷和硅树脂作粘结剂,SiC微粉作骨料,在惰性气氛中1000℃下低温制备出SiC多孔陶瓷,所得样品的气孔率在43%~52%之间,抗断裂强度最高达到了18.59MPa,而且样品的孔径呈单峰分布。分析比较了由这2种不同粘结剂制备的SiC多孔陶瓷性能。Porous SiC ceramics were fabricated from SiC powders, polycarbosilane(PCS) and silicone resin(SR) at low temperature of 1000 ℃ in inert atmosphere, in which PCS and SR were respectively used as binder. Open porosity of the as-fabricated SiC ceramics arranges from 43% to 52%, the fracture strength is as high as 18.59 MPa, and the pore size distribution has characteristics of single-peak. Properties of the two kinds of porous SiC ceramics using PCS and SR as binder respectively were analyzed and compared.
