摘 要:通过热压法制备了陶瓷/石墨复合材料。采用热分析仪考察了复合材料在1400℃~1600℃温度范围内的抗氧化行为;利用扫描电镜分析样品在1400℃和1600℃恒温氧化后的表面形貌。结果表明;陶瓷/石墨复合材料在1400℃氧化时有优良的自愈合抗氧化性能。在1600℃氧化时,对于粘度较高的样品来说,氧化新形成的玻璃膜可以弥补挥发形成的表面孔道,仍能形成均匀的、连续的玻璃膜覆盖在基体表面,从而有效地抑制氧气的进入。Ceramic/graphite composites were fabricated by hot-pressing process. The oxidation behaviors of the composites at temperatures 1400℃-1600℃ were analyzed by the thermal differential thermal analysis technique, and the surface morphology of the composites after isothermal oxidation at 1400℃ and 1600℃ were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicated that ceramic/graphite composites had excellent oxidation resistance with self-healing properties at 1400℃. For high SiC content of composite, new formation of borosilicate glass film could cover pores on the surface of sample due to the volatilization of borosilicate glass at 1600℃, and the carbides on the surface were oxidized quickly and formed a smooth continuous borosilicate film, which effectively inhibited further oxidation of the substrate.
