溶胶-凝胶法制作变折射率材料的干燥工艺的探讨

摘　　要：本文探讨了采用溶胶一凝胶新工艺制作变折射率棒透镜的干燥工艺．利用挥发性低的丁醇做溶剂以及增加凝胶中的OH基，可以避免在干燥过程中凝胶的开裂，得到透明的、无裂缝的变折射率干凝胶棒．In this paper the drying technology of sol -- gel process derived GRIN materials was investigated. Using low volatile solvent such as butanol instead of ethanol and increasing the number of the -OH groups on the gel particle surface can increase the strength of the gels and avoid cracks during drying.
