摘 要:目的通过对癫痫患儿的社会能力和行为能力的调查分析,对他们进行心理干预,提高癫痫患儿的生活质量。方法使用婴儿一初中学生社会生活能力量袁和Achenbach儿童行为量袁,对癫痫儿童社会生活能力和心理行为特点进行评价。实验组选择:年龄在5~11岁的癫痫患儿,病程大于半年;对照组选择:年龄、性别、文化程度与之相匹配的儿童。结果癫痫儿童的生活能力明显低于正常儿童,主要表现在独立生活能力、运动能力、作业、交往、参加集体活动、自我管理方面。32例癫痫儿童中生活能力在边缘和低下的为24例(占75.0%)。同时,癫痫患儿的行为问题明显高于正常儿童。结论为提高癫痫患儿的生活质量,应对癫痫患儿的心理问题给予高度重视,只有进行药物和心理的全面综合治疗,才能达到理想的治疗效果,使患儿身心得到正常发展。Objective To investigation and analysis about ability of social life and behavior problems in epileptic children, carry on psychological intervention, and improve the quality of life of epileptic children. Methods The Infant--Junior Middle Student Social Ability of Life Checklist and Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist were used to evaluate the ability of social life and behavior question in epileptic children. 32 epileptic children as experimental group were illness more than half year, whose age was from 5 to 11 years. The compared group was a match for age, sex, education level with the experimental group. Results The total score of social ability of life in epileptic children was much lower than the compared group, including self--help, locomotion, occupation, communication, socialization. 24 of 32 (75.0%). epileptic children, the social ability were lower, the behavior problems in epileptic children were much higher than the compared group. Conclusions Epileptic children have evidence lowering in ability of social life and behavior problems. In order to improve the quality of life, we should pay more attention to the psychological problems of epileptic children, who should be received rational drug treatment and psychological intervention.
