摘　　要：目的调查肝癌患者社会支持得分情况，以提出相应的护理对策，提高其生存质量。方法采用问卷调查法，对101例在我科住院的肝癌患者进行调查，并对回收问卷进行统计学处理。结果肝癌患者获得的社会支持得分比正常人高（P〈0．01），不同性别患者的社会支持得分差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），单身患者获得的社会支持得分较低（P〈0．01）。结论更多的社会支持可以提高肝癌患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the score of social support in patients with hepatoeareinoma, so as to bringing up corresponding nursing strategies, and improving their quality of life. Methods One hundred and one patients with hepatocarcinoma in General Hospital of PLA were investigated with questionnaire, all datum were analyzed statistically. Results The score of social support in patients with hepatocarcinoma was significantly higher than normal persons （P 〉 0.01）, there was no significant differenee between gender （P 〈 0.05）. The score of social support in patients with hepatocarcinoma living alone was lower （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions It is beneficial to improve the quality life of patients with hepatocarcinoma with more social supports.
