摘　　要：目的了解农村乡卫生院合柞医疗现状，分析影响现状的因素，提出改进的建议。方法对湖南省慈利县3个乡的3所乡卫生院医务人员和就诊农村居民进行问卷调查。结果乡卫生院医务人员工作待遇差，教育水平低，农村居民对乡卫生院医务人员的技术水平满意度不高。结论建议从提高乡卫生院医务人员水平入手，逐步改善农村居民的医疗现状。Objective To know the current situation of rural cooperative medical service in township hospitals in rural area, and to analyze the factors influencing the status, and to advance the advice of improving the status. Methods The medical workers and the rural residents seeing a doctor in three township hospitals in three towns of Cili county of Hunan province were surveyed using a questionnaire. Results The medical workers of town hospitals had poor work treatment and low level of education. The rural residents were unsatisfied with the technical levels of the medical workers at township hospitals. Conclusions We suggest that we start with improving the levels of medical workers in township hospitals to ameliorate the medical status of rural residents step by step.
