序贯法外周静脉留置术在产后出血患者抢救中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨序贯法外周静脉留置术在产后出血患者抢救中应用的临床价值。方法将125例产后出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为序贯法组66例和传统法组59例，序贯法组采用序贯法外周静脉留置术，传统法组采用传统的留置针静脉穿刺法，2组患者均选择桡静脉作为穿刺部位，以第1次穿刺即可见回血为穿刺成功的观察指标，分别统计2组患者穿刺成功的例数，并进行比较。结果序贯法组穿刺成功率为65．15％，传统法组穿刺成功率为33．90％，2组比较，有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论序贯法可明显地提高产后出血患者静脉留置术的成功率，为抢救产后出血患者快速建立静脉留置通道开拓了一种新途径，对提高产后出血的治愈，挽救生命，具有非常重要的现实意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of application of the sequential peripheral vein indwelling for rescuing the patients with postpartum haemorrhage. Methods 125 cases with postpartum haemorrhage were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into the sequential group （66 cases） and the conventional group （59 cases）. The sequential group adopted the sequential-method peripheral vein indwelling operation, and the conventional group adopted the normal indwelling needle vein puncture method. The radial vein was selected as the puncture point for the patients in the two groups. The backflow blood occurred in the first puncture was regard as the observation index of a successful puncture. The cases of successful puncture in the two groups were counted and compared. Results The rate of successful puncture in the sequential group was 65.15 %, and that in the conventional group was 33.90 %, showing a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The sequential method can obviously improve the successful rate of indwelling operation among the patients with postpartum haemorrhage. This method exploits a new approach for a quickly establishing vein indwelling passage for rescuing patients with postpartum haemorrhage. It has an important practice meaning for improving the healing of the patients with postpartum haemorrhage and rescuing the life of the patients.
