中药离子导入治疗哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药离子导入治疗哮喘的临床疗效。方法将104例哮喘患者随机分为2组。常规哮喘药物治疗52例为对照组，常规哮喘药物治疗＋中药离子导入52例为观察组，治疗1疗程（10d）后，观察2组患者的疗效、疗程、肺功能指标的改善情况。结果观察组临床治愈率及有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；平均病程明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组与对照组肺功能监测指标比较差异存在明显显著性（P〈0．05）。结论中药离子导入治疗哮喘疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction in the treatment of asthma. Methods 104 asthmas patients were randomly divided into two groups. 52 cases adopted the conventional asthma medicine as the control group, and the other 52 cases received the conventional asthma medicine treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction as the observation group. The curative effects, treatment courses and improvement of lung function indexes of the patients in the two groups were observed after one course of therapy （10 d）. Results The clinical curative rate and the effective rate of the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the average course was obviously lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. There was an obvious difference in the lung function monitor indexes between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The Traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction is remarkably effective in the treatment of asthma.
