摘　　要：目的探讨肾移植术后并发自体肿瘤的护理方法。方法总结对患者的心理、治疗、并发症观察等方面的护理经验。结果9例患者术后均恢复良好,无并发症出现。结论正确系统的护理措施对患者的顺利恢复具有重要的作用。Objective To study the nursing methods of transitional cell carcinoma in renal trans plantation recipients. Methods To summarize experiences in the following aspects： psychological, application of immunosuppressive, ambulations, observation of complications, discharge planning. Results 9 cases were all in good states and no complications occurred. Conclusions Correct and systentatical nursing interventions are very important for recoveries of. renal transplantation recipients with transitional cell carcinoma.
