摘 要:碳纳米管的研究是近几年来低维凝聚态物理研究的国际前沿之一,定向碳纳米管列阵的制备更是物理学界、材料科学界共同关心的问题.文章介绍了利用内镶嵌纳米催化粒子的介孔二氧化硅所具有的模板效应,并结合气相化学沉积的方法成功地制备出高密度、几乎无杂质(高纯度)的、均匀分布的。Investigation of carbon nanotubes is a frontier subject of condensed matter physics. Much more attentions in the international community have been focused on the fabrication of aligned carbon nanotubes array. In this paper, a method based on chemical vapor daposition is modified by using mesoporous silica containing iron nanoparticles embeded in the porous as the substrats and gives a better product. The nanotubes are almost perparticular to the surface of the silica and form an aligned array of isolated tubes about 100nm apart. The ditis tubes are up to 50μm long and well graphitized. Growth direction is controlled by manipulating the pores from which the nanotubes grow.
