复方烧伤酊与双料喉风散治疗压疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方烧伤酊结合双料喉风散治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的疗效。方法将Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮患者共60例随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用复方烧伤酊结合双料喉风散进行护理,对照组采用传统方法即碘伏、酒精及凡士林治疗。结果治疗组与对照组2周内治疗有效率分别为100%和63.3%,治疗组的疗效有显著提高（P〈0.01）。结论复方烧伤酊配合双料喉风散治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮,其效果好、疗程短,适于临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effects of Compound Burn Tincture （CBT） and ShuangLiaoHouFengSan （SLHFS） on the treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage decubitus ulcer. Methods 60 patients with Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage decubitus ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with CBT and SLHFS, while those in the control group received traditional treatment using iodophor, alcohol and vaseline. Results The cure rates of the treatment group and the control group within two weeks were 100% and 63.3%, respectively, and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly improved （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions CBT and SLHFS have a better therapeutic effect and shorter course in the treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage decubitus ulcer, and are suitable for a wider application in clinical practice.
