摘　　要：目的探讨留置外周动脉短导管行新生儿频繁血气监测的护理方法。方法回顾性地分析使用静脉留置针对30例新生儿行外周动脉置管的临床资料。结果30例患儿平均留置时间为76h,共经动脉置管取血标本180次,无护理并发症。结论留置新生儿动脉短导管可为危重患儿提供简单、安全、有效的采血途径。Objective To explore the nursing methods of catheterization of peripheral short artery catheters for frequently collecting arterial blood samples in newborns. Methods Clinical information of peripheral short artery catheters in 30 newborns by venous indwelling needle was retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean duration of catheterization was 76 hours. 180 blood samples were collected from these catheters, without nursing complication. Conclusions Peripheral short artery catheter provides an easy, safe and effective approach to a frequent collection of arterial blood samples in critical newborn.
