固定夜班制在护理管理中的实施

摘　　要：目的改进护士排班方法,提高护理质量。方法采取固定夜班制,主管护士负责制的排班方法。结果固定夜班制能提高护理工作质量,服务满意度从原来的90%上升到98%,健康教育覆盖率从82.4%上升到96%。结论固定夜班制排班方法改进了护士人力资源的运用,有利于实施护士分层管理,有利于护理服务和护理质量的提高。Objective To improve the method of nurse scheduling and then promote the nursing quality. Methods Fixed night-shift was adopted and the responsible-nurse was in charge in the ward. Results Fixed night-shift improved the nursing quality. The patient＇s satisfaction rate raised from 90%to 98% and the health education rate raised from 82.4% to 96%. Conclusions Fixed night shift promotes the use of nursing human resource and is better to manage different nurses and improves the nursing quality.
