力蜚能治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多糖铁复合物力蜚能治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法36例患者随机分为力蜚能治疗组和硫酸亚铁治疗组,前者给予力蜚能治疗;后者给予硫酸亚铁和维生素C治疗。结果治疗8周后力蜚能治疗组的血清铁(SI)水平明显高于硫酸亚铁治疗组(P<0.01);力蜚能治疗组的总有效率高于硫酸亚铁治疗组(P<0.05),且不良反应有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论力蜚能治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的疗效优于硫酸亚铁,且不良反应少,是治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的理想药物。Objective To observe the curative effect of polysaccharide iron complex （PIC, Niferex） to treat pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia （IDA）. Methods 36 pregnant women with IDA were randomly divided into two groups： the Niferex and Irosul treated groups. The former were treated with Niferex, and the latter with Irosul combined vitamin C. Then the Hb, RBC and SI of the two groups were observed. Results Treated for 8 weeks, the SI of Niferex treated group were significantly higher than those of Irosul treated group （P〈0.01）, and the total effective ratio of former group were higher than the latter （93.33% vs 73.33%, P〈0.05）, besides, the ratio of adverse effect were significantly lower than the latter（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effect of Niferex to treat pregnant women with IDA is better than that of Irosul, and its adverse effect is lower, which is an excellent medicine to treat the disease.
