摘　　要：房地产业已成为我国的基础产业和支柱产业,它的健康发展关乎到整个国民经济的健康发展。然而,目前房地产业的发展存在相当多的问题,并且有加剧的趋势,从保证房地产行业的协调发展出发,国家出台了一系列的宏观调控政策。本文着重分析了这一系列政策对房地产业带来的影响。Recently, the real estate has became the basic and pillar industry, it relates to the healthy development of the entire national economy. However, there are a lot of problems with the actual development of the real estate industry, while, the trend is still worsening. So, to ensure the healthy development of technology, our country introduced a series of adjusting policies. The paper highlights the impact of this series of policies on the real estate industry.
