管状丝材的电弧喷涂

摘　　要：介绍了管状丝材电弧喷涂的国外研究进展及作者的研究结果．研究表明，由于在电弧喷涂时能够进行冶金反应的时间极短，如果管状丝材内原来不含碳化物硬质相，就没有条件通过冶金反应来生成碳化物．但是管芯的组分有进行合金化的条件．The literature of arc spraying of cored wires are reviewed and the investigation resules of the authors are presented. It is concluded that due to the very short duration for reaction during spraying, one can not expect to obtain carbide hard phase in the arc sprayed coatings if they were not present in the wire core. However, solid solution could be easily obtained during arc spraying using corde wires.
