摘　　要：自由主义女性主义是西方女权主义运动的先驱,也是其他各派女性主义的起点。在法律上他们主要主张在现存体制内部争取男女的平等权利,这有力地推动了女性在教育、政治、经济上的平等权利的获得。尽管其法律思想具有不可避免的理论局限,但对女性权利意识的觉醒无疑起到启蒙作用,并为整个女性主义法学的发展奠定了基础。As the pioneer of the western feminist movement, liberal feminism is the standing point of feminist schools. Its legal pursuit of the equal rights between man and woman in the current system forcefully makes it available for woman to share the equal rights in educational, political and economic fields. In spite of the inevitable theoretical limitation in terms of its legal thought, liberal feminism arouses people＇s consciousness of women＇s rights and provides a basis for the development of the feminist laws.
