摘　　要：目的比较2005年与1985年安徽省中小学生生长发育派生指标,研究儿童青少年形态和生理功能发育的变化趋势。方法比较安徽省2005年与1985年中小学生的体质量指数(BMI)、维尔维克指数和肺活量指数的差异。结果7～18岁城乡男女学生2005年BMI、维尔维克指数在多数年龄组中显著高于1985年,而2005年的肺活量指数显著低于1985年。结论安徽省中小学生体型向肥胖和粗壮型发展,而肺功能则下降,体格与生理功能发育不平衡。Objective To compare the derive indices of growth and development among students in Anhui between 2005 and 1985, and to explore the changing trend of children and adolescents＇ morphological and physiological function development. Methods The difference of body mass index （ BMI ）, Weierweike index and vital capacity index among primary and middle school students between 1985 and 2005. Results BMI and Weierweike index I most age groups in 2005 were significantly higher than those in 1985 among boys and girls, however, vital capacity index in 2005 was significantly higher than those in 1985 among boys and girls, however, vital capacity index in 2005 was significantly lower than that in 1985. Conclusion Students of primary and middle school tended to develop obesity and muscular body type in Anhui Province, and their lung function decreased, physical and physiological function develop is unbalanced.
