摘　　要：本文对植物组织培养实验过程中出现的问题进行分析并提出实验改进方法。There are some questions encountered in experiments of plant tissue culture. With many years of experience in teaching and education, as well as well command of sterile skills in experimental procedure, some questions have been analyzed and methodological improvements have been proposed.
