紫茎泽兰发酵液对甘蓝蚜的防治效果及对天敌的影响

摘　　要：本文通过毒力试验、拒食试验以及大田试验研究了紫茎泽兰沼气发酵液对甘蓝蚜的防治效果,并通过蚜茧蜂的存活时间和羽化率等指标应,研究其对天敌菜蚜茧蜂的影响。试验结果表明:紫茎泽兰发酵液对甘蓝蚜具有较好的防治效果,田间校正防效达到72.17%,但对天敌也产生了较显著的影响。实际使用时尽量避免两种防治方法实施时间上的重叠和相互抑制以达到最佳防治效果。This research focused about the Controig effectagainst of biogas liquid fermented Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng against aphid and Its negative impact on Diaeretiella rapae, the former was studiing through tested the toxicity and anti - feeding effect caused by biogas liquid fermented E. adenophorum on aphids, besides field experiment ; the latter was studied through the research of Diaeretiella rapaes life history reflected both on livability and eclosion rate. Research results showed that biogas liquid fermented E. adenophorum indeed had better control effect on aphids, but need to consider its attributes as an essential component of natural enemy protection in biological control practices and preuent the both overlapped in and prevent the used time.
