摘　　要：系级教学档案是指在系一级教学管理和教学实践活动中直接形成的具有保存价值的文字、图表、声像、计算机软件载体材料,本文主要介绍了系级教学档案管理的原则和方法。The teaching archives in department is such material carriers with preserved value that comes into being in the practice activity of teaching management and teaching in department as characters, chart, audiovisual, computer, software etc, in which contents, ways, patch and effects of teaching activity in department are recorded truly. So apart various in shape, the teaching archives have its particularity. Only by sticking to science principle can we do our best at managing teaching archives of department.
