摘　　要：本文首先介绍了数据库系统的演变过程,着重讨论了两层C/S数据库系统的缺点和三层C/S数据库系统的优点。接着探讨了利用开发工具Delphi基于TCP/IP协议进行三层数据库系统开发的一般方法,并给出了实现步骤。最后给出了一个具体实例的实现过程。Firstly,This paper introduces the evolution of DBS,emphasis is laid on the discussion of the disadvantages of two-layer DBS and the advantages of three-layer C/S DBS.Then we probe into the general method for the development of three-layer DBS by using Delphi as the developing tool,which is TCP/IP based;realization procedure is given.Finally,the realization procedure of a real instance is given.
