摘　　要：本文通过研究IETF在RFC2571中制定的SNMP管理框架,并利用Microsoft提供的WinSNMP API来设计并实现网络管理系统。内容包括SNMP实体的实现,模块间的协作,以及针对表示被管对象的变量绑定的处理方法。This paper studies the SNMP Management Framework specified in IETF RFC 2571,and introduces the basic method of designing and realizing the Network Management System by using the WinSNMP API provided by Microsoft.The content includes the implementation of SNMP Entity,collaboration between modules,and the processing on Variable Bindings for managed objects.
