摘　　要：阐述了基于web的多媒体教学资源应用系统在教学环节中的意义,比较了C/S结构和B/S结构在网络应用开发中的优缺点。在此基础上对基于WEB技术的多媒体教学资源应用系统进行了开发与研究,重点介绍了该系统的设计方案,所采用的主要技术,以及该系统所能实现的功能。The article explains the significance of Web - based multimedia teaching resources application system in teaching procedures, compares the advantages and disadvantages of the C/S structure and the B / S structure in the development of network applications. And carries on the development and research of Web - based multimedia teaching resources application system, especially states the design plan of the system and the adopted main technical, and the function that the system can achieve.
