激光烧结DZ-Ni60AA粉末成形的工艺研究

摘　　要：主要介绍利用激光直接快速成形技术进行单道烧结DZ-Ni60AA粉末成形的工艺,包括实验系统组成及其改进。通过对单道烧结表面形貌的分析可知,激光烧结层的质量与功率密度、能量密度等工艺参数密切相关,不同的工艺参数将产生不同的表面形貌。利用正交实验设计法确定了工艺参数对成形件表面形貌的影响程度。This paper mainly introductions on the single channel sintering DZ-Ni60AA powder forming process by using the laser direct rapid forming technology, including the experimental system composition and its improvements. By analyzing the single channel sintering surface appearance , it is showed that laser sintering layer quality is closely related with the technology parameters of power density, energy density etc. , different technology parameters will have a different surface appearance. The effect extent of the technology parameters on the surface appearance of forming part is determined by using the orthogonal experiment design method.
