摘  要:生命科学是当今科学研究的一个重要领域,本文针对血液检测这一研究课题,采用日本岛津紫外-可见近红外分光光度计研究了正常血清、高血糖血清、高血脂血清的吸收光谱的异同,并探讨了正常血清与异常血清在某些波段上吸光度的不同,发现正常血清和高血糖血清的吸收光谱没有太大差别,不能用吸收光谱来判断血清中的血糖是否超标;高血脂血清和正常血清相比,随着血脂浓度的提高,血清的吸光度增大。尤其是在416nm处的吸光度,提出了利用血清在某些波段上的吸收率来判断血清中血脂是否异常的方法,为医学应用提供了新的分析方法。Nowadays life sciences are very important in the fields of scientific research in our society. This paper puts forward a method ofdisease diagnosis by using the technology of spectrum analysis on the human blood serum with UV-V-NIR spectrophotometer (Shimadzu, Japan). The absorption spectrums of the normal blood serum, the hyperglycaemia blood serum and the hyperlipidemia blood serum are studied. The differences between the absorption spectrums of the normal blood serum and the sick blood serum on some wave band are discussed in the paper. After the experiments we find there is almost no difference between the absorption spectrum of the normal blood serum and hyperglycaemia blood serum. And the absorption spectrum is not the criterion when we judge whether the blood sugar on the serum is transnormal or not. The experiment results also show that the absorbency of the serum increases with the concentration of the blood fat. Especially we can check the absorbency of the serum on the 416nm in the spectrum. This paper puts forward the method that judge the blood fat is normal or not based on the absorbency of the serum in some wave band on the spectrum and it offers a new method for the diagnosis on disease in medicinal applications.
