摘  要:目的:为了研究心内直视术后危重病儿细胞钙转运机制,指导术后正确的监护处理。方法:对13例存活与7例死亡病儿血清离子钙浓度、红细胞钙含量、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase及Na+,K+-ATPase活性进行测定。结果:术前两组上述各项指标均无差异(P>0.05);术后死亡组血清离子钙浓度进行性下降,ATP酶活性降低,红细胞钙含量持续升高。而存活组血清离子钙浓度在术后2小时红细胞钙含量与ATP酶活性在术后12小时恢复至术前水平,两组差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:心内直视手术后危重病儿存在严重的细胞钙转运异常,与器官功能衰竭及死亡有关。Objective:The corpuscular calcium transport in critically ill children after open heart surgery was studied.Methods:We observed the serum ionized calcium concentration,erythrocyte calcium content and activities of erythrocyte membrane Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ATPase,Na +,K + ATPase in 13 surviving (Group S) and 7 death(Group D) patients.Results:There were no significant difference before operation between two groups(P>0 05).After operation,in Group D the serum ionized calcium concentration and Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ATPase,Na +,K + ATPase activities were constantly reduced,erythrocyte calcium content was increased (P<0 01),but in Group S the serum ionized calcium concentration in 2 hours and the erythrocyte calcium content,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ATPase and Na +,K + ATPase activities were all returned to baseline at 12 hours postoperation.Conclusion:Critically ill children after open heart surgery exist serious abnormality of cellular calcium transport,which is related to organ dysfunction and death.
