摘  要:本课题调查了广东省3所高职院校的794名在校生,考察了高职高专非英语专业学生英语学习的动机内在结构中的显性和隐性变量;探索了高职高专非英语专业学生外语学习动机的内在结构、动机类型以及个人因素对动机类型的影响。分析动机类型分别是:内在兴趣动机、成绩动机、工具性动机、学习情境动机、个人发展动机。多元方差分析表明,专业和英语水平对学习动机有显著影响学生的英语学习动机行为影响因素调查数据进行相关分析、路径分析等手段,从而分析高职生学习动机行为影响因素的路径模式。This study investigats 794 non - English majors' motivation to learn English and the correlations of the motivation variables with the respondents' English proficiency. A sample of 794 non - English majors from three tertiary vocational polytechnics is surveyed with a modified 46 - item questionnaire adapted from Qin and Gao. The study reveals that the students have positive attitudes toward learning English and are highly motivated, and the influential factors of English learning motivation are studied. Results show that learning strategies and motivation level influence the participants' English learning motivation behavior and that the students have positive attitudes toward learning English and are highly motivated, and that the students' attitudes and motivation are positively correlated with their English proficiency. Based on these findings, some pedagogical implications are discussed.
