丹皮木心药效学的研究

摘　　要：以丹皮为对照对木心进行药效的研究，结果证明：丹皮、木心均有显著抗炎、降压、促进血小板聚集及抗惊解痉作用，体外抗菌效力相仿，木心的毒性是丹皮的３８５％，为木心可入药而提供科学依据。Comparative studies have been made on the medicinal efficacy of core and cortex moutan. The result shows:no marked difference between the cortex and core in reducing inflammation, promoting thrombocyte coagulation, inhibiting convulsion, depressing blood pressure and strengthening antiseptic activity. The toxicity of the core is 38.5 percent of the cortex. This study provides ascientific evidence that the core can be used as medicine.
