摘  要:目的研究冻干化学去细胞异种神经修复大鼠坐骨神经缺损的效果。方法48只成年雌性DA大鼠分别用4种移植物桥接大鼠1.5cm坐骨神经缺损:冻干化学去细胞异种神经与类许旺细胞共移植组、冻干化学去细胞异种神经移植组、化学去细胞异种神经移植组、异种神经移植组。术后4周、24周通过大体观察、神经电生理、肌肉湿重及组织学指标评价各组修复神经缺损的效果。结果术后24周A组运动神经传导速度和肌肉湿重恢复率优于B、C、D组(P<0.05);组织学检测发现,术后24周A组移植段再生神经纤维较多,以有髓神经纤维为主。结论种植类许旺细胞的冻干化学去细胞异种神经能有效的修复大鼠周围神经缺损。Objective To study the outcome of repairing nerve defects with lyophilized acellular xenogeneic nerve. Methods Forty-eight DA female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of nerve grafting: lyophilized acellular nerve xenografts were seeded with Schwann-liked cells, lyophilized acellular nerve xenografts, acellular nerve xenografts,xenografts. At the point of four weeks and twenty-four weeks later, a series of examinations were performed, including: electrophysiological methods, analysis of wet muscle weight and histological staining of nerves.Results At 24 weeks after the operations, the MNCV and recovery rate of wet muscle weight in group A were better than those in group B, C and D ( P 〈 0.05). In histological examination, a number of regenerating axons were crossed into the grafts in group A, mainly with myelinated fibers at postoperative 24 weeks. Conclusion The lyophilized acellular xenogeneous nerve with Schwann cells-liked could effectively repair peripheral nerve defect in rats.
