电针骶后孔及骶管裂孔对神经原性排尿障碍的康复治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察电针骶后孔及骶管裂孔对神经原性排尿障碍的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的111例患有排尿障碍的患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组55例。治疗组用电针骶后孔及骶管裂孔方法,对照组采用常用的Crede法排尿和间歇性导尿术。结果治疗组总有效率为82.6%,痊愈率为45.7%;对照组总有效率为63.2%,痊愈率为23.7%。两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论电针骶后孔及骶管裂孔治疗神经原性排尿障碍疗效显著,优于Crede法排尿和间歇性导尿术的治疗方法。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture treatment on posterior sacral foramia and sacral hiatus on neurogenic voiding dysfunction. Methods One hundred-one cases collected were consistent with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group of 56 cases and a control group of 55 cases. The treatment group was treated by electro-acupuncture treatment on posterior sacral foramia and sacral hiatus, the control group with general treatments of Crede urinate and intermittent catheterization. Results The effective rate was 82.6% ,the recovery rate was 45.7% in the treatment group while the effective rote was 63.2% ,the recovery rote was 23.7% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The electro-acupuncture therapy on posterior sacral foramia and sacral hiatus has better therapeutic effect than general therapy on neurogenic voiding dysfunction.
