摘  要:目的对大庆产胡芦巴种子中生物碱及总黄酮进行定性及定量分析。方法将植物的种子粉末进行提取,在酸性条件下提取物溶液分别与4种沉淀剂反应,判定提取物中有生物碱成分;利用HPLC法对种子提取物中胡芦巴碱做定量分析;继而利用紫外分光光度法,测定胡芦巴提取物中总黄酮的含量。结果胡芦巴碱的含量为0.508mg/g,胡芦巴提取物中总黄酮的含量为9.488mg/g。结论本实验测定了大庆产胡芦巴种子中生物碱及总黄酮的含量,为进一步研究该药材的有效成分提供了科学依据。Objective To determine the contents of trigonelline by HPLC and total flavonoids by ultraviolet spectrophotometry in Trigonella foenum-graecum L. planted in Daqing. Methods The seed of the Trigonella foenum-graecum L. was extracted by petroleum ether-ethanol. Under the acidic condition, the withdrawing solution was responded separately with four kinds of precipitating agents. HPLC was used to determine the amount of trigonelline. The content of total flavonoids was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The amount of Trigonelline in Trigonella foenum-graecum L. was 0. 508mg/g. The content of total flavonoids was 9.488mg/g. Conclusion The amount of trigonelline and total flavonoids in Trigonella foenum-graecum L. planted in Daqing are determined, and it can be used to control the quality of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.
