摘 要:目的:研究健康人肠道大肠埃希菌的耐药性。方法:按有关文献提供的方法分离鉴定健康人肠道大肠埃希菌,K-B法测定150株大肠埃希菌对16种抗生素的敏感性。结果:165份健康人肛拭子分离到150株大肠埃希菌;150株试验菌对6种抗生素的耐药率超过35.00%,对四环素、萘啶酸、磺胺甲基异噁唑、氨苄西林、复方新诺明和链霉素6种抗生素的耐药率分别为63.33%、49.33%、40.67%、38.67%、35.33%,全部菌株对头孢美唑、阿米卡星敏感,122株(81.33%)对一种以上抗生素耐药,对2种以上抗生素耐药的菌株为88株(58.67%),44株(29.33%)对5种以上抗生素耐药,有2株对10种抗生素耐药。结论:健康人肠道大肠埃希菌耐药情况较严重。Objective.To investigate antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from faeces samples of healthy human. Methods: E. coli was isolated and identified according to the Micro-biology in Preventive Medicine and Inspection Technique. The antimicrobial susceptibility of the 150 isolates which were tested to the 16 kinds antibiotics was determined by the Kirby- Bauer method based on the Performance Standards for Anti -- microbial Susceptibility Testing recommended by NCCLS. Results: Over 35% of tested strains were resistant to 6 antibiotics. They were Teracycline (63. 33%), Nalidixic Acid ( 49. 33 % ), Sulfamethoxazole ( 40. 67 % ), Amplocilin (38. 67 % ), Sutfamethoxazole timethoprim (35. 33%) and Streptomycin (35.33%). All isolates were susceptible to Cefmelazon and Amikacin. Of all the isolates, 122 strains (81.33%) were resistant to 1 or more antibiotics, 88 strains (58. 67%) to over 2 kinds of antibiotics, 44 strains (29. 33%) to over 5 kinds of antibiotics, 2 strains with the highest level of antibiotic resistance were resistant to 10 kinds of antibiotics. Conclusion: The situation on antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli in healthy human is serious.
