摘　　要：《钢筋机械连接通用技术规程》(JGJ107-2003)出版后,对其中部分关键条款的理解和应用,在试验检测界引发诸多争议。本文根据笔者多年来的检测工作经验,在调查研究基础上,针对该规程重点内容进行了分析与解读,并提出个人观点。After the publishing of ‘technology regulation for reinforcement mechanical joint＇ （JGJI07-2003）, there are a good many controversies about the understanding and application of some items in the regulation. Base on the author＇s experience of testing work and the research, the main content of this regulation is analyzed and explained in this paper, and author＇s viewpoints are put forward.
