中药结肠透析配合盐酸二氢埃托啡、美沙酮治疗海洛因成瘾者75例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：为观察中药结肠透析（ＩＭＳ）配合盐酸二氢埃托啡（Ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｔｏｒｐｈｉｎｅ，ＤＨＥ）及美沙酮（Ｍｅｔｈａｄｏｎｅ，Ｍ）治疗海洛因成瘾者的临床疗效。方法：随机将患者分为两组，ＤＨＥ加Ｍ组（简称ＤＨＥ＋Ｍ组）５０例，ＤＨＥ加Ｍ加中药结肠透析组（简称ＤＨＥ＋Ｍ＋ＩＭＳ组）７５例。结果：ＤＨＥ＋Ｍ＋ＩＭＳ组效果优于ＤＨＥ＋Ｍ组（Ｐ＜０．０５），戒断症状缓解快，病程缩短。结论：ＤＨＥ加Ｍ加ＩＭＳ清除有毒物质清除率高，为戒毒治疗开辟新的途径。To observe the efficacy of the colonic dislysis therapy of Chinese medicine in absti nance of heroin addicts. Mathods: One hulldred and twenty five cases of heroin addicts were random ly divided into two groups: group A wps treated with combined dihydroetorphine (DHE) andmethadon therapy ;group B, besides DHE and methedon, the addicts were given colon dialysis withChinese herbal medicine from third day of the treatment through to the eighth dsy. Results: The ef fect of group B was superior to that of gtoup A in thst the patients heroin abetinance sypsptoms dis appeared more rapidly, the course of the disease was shorter and the effective rate raised to 100%.Conclusion: The cutaneous pigmentation could be removed through dialysis quickly which suggestedthat the method was able to remove toxic substances in the they and it would benefit the abstinanceof heroin addicts.
