癌灵Ⅰ号体外抗人巨核细胞白血病细胞株作用的研究

摘　　要：为了解癌灵Ｉ号抗癌作用。本研究采用死活细胞计数，＾３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法及克隆法，检测癌灵Ｉ号对人巨核细胞白血病细胞杀伤作用。癌灵Ｉ号在细胞整体水平，ＤＮＡ合成抑制和克隆增殖能力上有不同程度细胞毒作用，并且有较好剂量效应曲线。同临床常用抗白血药物高三尖杉酯碱比较，３种方法ＥＤ５０剂量均高于高三尖杉酯碱。癌灵Ｉ号同临床用药剂量大于高三尖杉酯碱相符合。To evaluate the anti-cancer effect of Alling-l on human megnkaryoblastic leukemiacells in culture. Methods: Using living cell counting, 3~H-TdR incorporation and clonal proliferationassay. Results: Ailing- 1 has various cytotoalcity on cell level, DNA synthesis and clone proliferationand shows good does-effect relation. The ED_50 of Ailing-1 is greater than that of homohsrring toninethrough three different methods, consistent with the cliniCal result result. Drug resistance has not beenfound. Conclusion: Ailing-1 is a promising anti-tumor drug.
