摘　　要：在复等位基因和基因互作模式下,显性核不育+质不育系统各有4种选育模式,除基因属性有差异外,两种遗传方式下的选育遗传模式完全相同.详细阐述了两种遗传方式下显性核不育+质不育选育的技术路线及其遗传模式.The dominant genic and cytoplasmic male sterility （DGCMS） in Brassica napus might be four breeding methods in the multiple allele inheritance model or two dominant interactive gene models. The breeding inheritance models were identical in two inheritance ways except for genic implication. The breeding and genetic model of DGCMS in two inheritance ways is discussed in detail in this paper.
