摘  要:对百合切花进行采后叶绿素SPAD值的检测,经保鲜剂处理后叶绿素SPAD值会有所提高,保鲜剂对瓶插过程中叶绿素的保护以及瓶插后期降解的延缓起到重要作用;通过用荷兰可利鲜RVB保鲜剂处理,月季和非洲菊切花的细菌含量控制在一定范围内(细菌菌落级别4级),没有再增加,从而提高了花朵的瓶插寿命;用保鲜剂预处理后,对乙烯敏感的切花香石竹和百合花头中检测出银离子含量.通过对细菌含量、银离子含量的检测,可间接地反映出切花是否做过保鲜剂预处理.Determination of SPAD-502 readings and chlorophyll content of the leaves of cut lily showed that preservative treatment increased SPAD and it had an important effect of protecting chlorophyll by delaying its degradation. The bacterium content of cut flowers of rose and gerbera was controlled by RVB of Holland, which improved the vase life of the flowers. Silver ions were detected in cut flowers of carnation and lily after RVB pretreatment, which are sensitive to silver. Determination of the contents of bacterium and P silver in cut flowers could reflect indirectly if the flowers had been pretreated by preservatives.
